Refund Policy

Zlyqor is a product operated by Mahmudul Haque Qudrati, trading as Pristren, Sylhet, Bangladesh. Payments for Zlyqor Pro are processed by Paddle.com (Paddle), who acts as the Merchant of Record. All refund requests are handled through Paddle's payment infrastructure.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all paid Zlyqor Pro subscriptions — monthly and annual — purchased via Paddle. It does not apply to the free tier, which has no payment and therefore no refund eligibility.

2. 14-Day Refund Window

We offer a 14-day full refund from the date of your initial purchase or annual renewal. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 14 days and we will process a full refund — no questions asked.

The 14-day window starts on the date Paddle charges your payment method (visible in your receipt email). Requests submitted after the 14-day window are governed by §4 below.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email support@zlyqor.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Order ID]". Your Paddle order ID appears in the receipt email sent at the time of purchase.

Include in your email:

  • Your Paddle order ID (from the receipt email)
  • The email address associated with your Zlyqor account
  • Optionally — the reason for your refund (helps us improve, not required)

We will confirm your refund request within 1 business day. Paddle processes the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive a confirmation email from Paddle when the refund is issued.

4. After the 14-Day Window

After the 14-day window closes, we do not offer refunds for unused portions of the current billing period, except where required by applicable consumer protection law (for example, EU consumer rights regulations in certain jurisdictions). In those cases, we will honour any statutory right to a refund.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Zlyqor account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to Pro features until that date and will not be charged again.

5. Annual Plans

Annual plans are eligible for the full 14-day refund window from the date of each annual charge. If you cancel an annual plan after the 14-day window has passed, no partial refund is issued for the remaining months — your access continues until the end of the annual period. If you downgrade from an annual plan to a monthly plan, the change takes effect at the next renewal; no credit or refund is issued for the difference.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us at support@zlyqor.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank. We resolve billing issues promptly and directly. If a chargeback is initiated without prior contact, your account may be suspended pending resolution of the dispute. Confirmed fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.

7. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our subscription prices with at least 30 days' advance notice via email to the address on your account. Price changes take effect at your next renewal. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before the new price takes effect and request a pro-rated refund for the remaining period of your current cycle if within the 14-day window of that renewal.
